Fitting Friendly Shoes
Our shoes are true to size as compared to actual foot measure, but we suggest ordering Friendly Shoes a half-size smaller than you usually wear. Friendly Shoes are available in Medium Width and accommodate a range of foot types. Our high-quality leather uppers stretch and conform to each individual fit for a custom, comfortable, and supportive fit.
Like any quality leather product there is a brief "break-in" period where the shoe leather adapts and conforms to your feet. It's normal for your Friendly shoe to fit snugly across the top of your foot. The leather will stretch and soon fit like a glove, fixating your foot to the sole. This provides support, stability, and reduces the skin friction and irritation common in poorly fitting shoes.
"Lacing" Friendly Shoes
You put on and secure Friendly Shoes through the Easy Shoe Access portal. The shoe tongue is permanently secured in place ensuring easy access and proper positioning. Friendly Shoes come with standard laces. Set the tension you desire, once, and forget them. They stay tied. You'll save time, hassle, and energy putting on shoes through the ESA portal, not tying laces every time you put on or take off your shoe.

Returns and Exchange
Friendly is confident you will love your shoes! But if for any reason you wish to exchange or return them we accept unused returns within 30 days of purchase.

Friendly Shoes feature leather or suede leather uppers double stitched for durability. Leather conforms to feet, provides a classic look, and with proper care will last for years. We use all natural leather with a Gold Level Certificate of Sustainability from the Brazilian Leather Sustainability Certification Program (CSAC). Be Friendly on your feet, and the environment!
Briar marks and other leather variations are characteristic of natural, full grain leather, and we do not hide them with stains or dyes. This contributes to every shoe being unique, and we think that's Friendly!

Friendly Shoes come standard with a comfort insole to assist normal foot function and designed for all day comfort and use. Memory foam arch support insoles are also available.
Comfort Cloud Midsole
Friendly cloud midsole is lightweight and adequately cushions your joints but allows for the somatosensory feedback.
Made of light rubber and reduces slips and trips through width, heel traction, and a bevel angle accommodating a natural heel-strike motion.
