Very well made. Nice padding and wide enough to wear with AFO's. The zipper on one of the shoes gets stuck but still zips. Not as smooth as I expected.
Ordered and received 2 pair of Friendly shoes...voyager style. Daughter wears an afo on one foot. The shoes are light weight and easy on/off. Customer service representative called to verify order because of unisex and woman's. Very grateful for call....great customer service!
I have multiple sclerosis in these shoes have changed my life not only is it easier for me to zip them up and tie them, but they are lighter and weight and I'm able to take bigger strides in my steps they have changed my life thank you so much and I can't wait to get other pairs different colors I'm excited thank you
So happy to find them.Fractured my Tibia , Fibia had surgery to put in plates,screws,etc and couldnt fit in regular shoes so i bought Voyage and it worked I know can stand and walk a little
I stumbled across this brand & have fallen in love. For years I have been unable to comfortably wear my AFOs let alone get them and my feet into any kind of shoe. No longer! I have been able to easily wear/use my neglected aids all day every day since they arrived. Thank you. I look forward to trying additional styles.
Needed a little more room in the toe box, decided to try the unisex voyage and it was perfect. Very comfortable. Will buy this shoe again in other colors. Had a shipping issue and the customer service was great.
I love these shoes. My physical therapist recommended Friendly Shoes to me. I had foot surgery & have difficulty getting my right foot in a shoe due to hammertoes. These shoes work out perfectly for me.
Mom's 90 years old and her feet.... well getting shoes to fit are an issue. Too many high heels, swelling, and damage from it. Recently needing wound care and these sneakers fit 🙂 . Thank You !!!!
I had a stroke iin Feb 2023 and wear an AFO fulltime and have had a hard time finding any shoes to fit around my AFO theses are perfect and amazing!

So far it’s a great shoe, I only gave it a 4 star because the description says the insoles can be removed which is true but they are glued down very well and when trying to take out I ripped the material some. Need to use less strong glue.
These are so comfortable for my son to wear. They are more stylish than competitor brands and are easier to put on. Most importantly, customer service was impressive, prompt and very helpful. I will definitely shop with this company in the future!
My son (age16) is special needs and wears AFO’s. These shoes are the best thing that has happened to those who wear braces. Very easy to get on over the AFO’s. Thank you for making such a great product for those who need it.
My daughter is very set with her old pair of shoes. She doesn't want new shoes very often. I think it was the color she liked that she gave them a try and it didn't take as much convincing as usual. She put them on and I could tell right away she liked how they felt. Now she asks for the silver and pink shoes when we get her dressed! Am very happy with my purchase!
The zipper broke after 1 week of use. I wouldn't recommend this shoe.
Overall I love these shoes, the zipper is easy to with, they’re wide and easily adjustable, and really light weight. The only negative thing is the last two pairs I ordered, the insole was glued to the bottom of the shoes. In order for them to fit over my sons AFOs I have to take the insole out.
The shoes are too narrow for AFOs. They narrow at the arch, making it impossible to slip the foot/AFO in.
The shoes did feel quality, but had to return them, so uncertain of their durability.
Our daughter has arthrogryposis and wears KAFO’s and these are the best fitting shoes for her. We are working on ordering one of every pair! We have finally found the best shoe:-)

I absolutely love these shoes, and my son does as well! They’ve held up so well with his AFOs, and they have such cool designs to choose from compared to other brands. Their customer service is amazing and so friendly, and I have had so many people ask about the shoes when they see them!
It fit my AFO perfectly. It doesn’t pinch my foot like regular tennis shoes
I love the shoes but because my daughter needs 2 separate sizes it will be hard to continue to purchase unless you bring back single shoe purchase.
The tenease white mens shoes a little bulky, already wears larger shoe to get over AFO’s. These look so big on his feet. Haven’t worn yet. Prefer heel zip.
