We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase*: if you don’t like your Friendly Shoes you can return (money back) lightly worn Friendly Shoes within 30 days, no questions asked. ‘Lightly Worn’ means you’ve worn them inside, not outside, for up to 30 days to assess their fit, comfort, and ease of use.
*Friendly Shoes will provide one shipping label per order (we provide the shipping label via e-mail) for a return; any subsequent returns are the responsibility of the customer. To exchange one style for another, the original purchase would be returned and refunded and the new style would need to be purchased under a new order number.
Single shoes are not eligible for a refund.
For returns of two or more pairs of shoes a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If you have questions about fit or sizing do not hesitate to contact us before placing large orders.
Please note: Domestic shipping fees are non-refundable; and return shipping is covered by Friendly Shoes. International shipping fees are non-refundable; and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, along with all duties, import fees, and/or tariffs.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return before we can issue your refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as received to avoid any restocking fees.
