RETURNS

If you don't like your Friendly Shoes you can return (money back) lightly worn Friendly Shoes within 30 days – no questions asked. Lightly Worn means you've worn them inside, not outside, for up to 30 days to assess their fit, comfort, and ease of use.
Please note that outbound shipping costs for returning items are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be refunded. We offer 1 Free return shipping per order.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns, depending on the condition of the returned item and the circumstances of the return. For returns of two or more pairs of shoes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If you have any questions about fit or sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing large orders.
We ship to Canada and United Kingdom
For Canada (CA) and United Kingdom (UK) customers, Friendly Shoes charges a Flat Rate of $24.95 handling & shipping fee per item.
Please allow us 7-10 business days to complete inventory acceptance after receiving the item back, before we can issue your refund. We keep the rights to charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the item's price based on the status of the returned item. Please return the item in the same condition as you receive it to avoid any restocking fee charge.
