Shoes never came

Waited around a week before I reached out and asked why my shoes haven’t shipped. I was told they would then be shipped priority. Got a call a few days later saying shoes would not be shipped to me and my money would be returned. My daughter has needed these shoes and they were the only ones available in our budget. I have tried a lot of shoes so that my daughter can wear her shoe inserts. These almost work but are still too shallow in the toe area.

I'm an adult that wears a size 3 & 4 Shoe!

I am a 70+ year old woman who wears one size 3 & 1 size 4 shoe. I am disabled and it is really difficult to find shoes that fit for me. I have found these to be extremely comfortable. I know it sounds funny but I really enjoy the happy pink with sparkles. Not really my style, but they work so well for me and are so comfortable that I just love them. I first purchased your black shoes and moved on to your pink ones. The rest are really just too young looking for me. Thank you.

I bought my daughter two pairs of the kids adventure platinum leopard in two different sizes and neither one fit. Well, it was around Christmas time and I got sidetracked held onto the shoes for over the 30 days but never worn them and they still excepting my return, and gave me my money back

I did order her third pair of shoes which fit perfectly! It’s the first pair of shoes my seven-year-old said does not hurt her feet at all, not even a little bit she said!

My daughter loved these shoes the moment they got out of the box. They seem well made, I really liked the sole and style of the shoe. However, the zipper will not stay up and she eventually walks out of them. Customer service is amazing and we were able to try a different style. If your child wears AFOs try the excursion style. They are the best.
