For the United States (US) customers, Friendly Shoes uses USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days delivery time) or UPS Ground Shipping (1-5 days) or Amazon Fulfillment (1-6 days) services with a Flat Rate of $9.45 handling & shipping fee per item.

For Canada (CA) and United Kingdom (UK) customers, Friendly Shoes charge a Flat Rate of $24.95 handling & shipping fee per item. All duties, import fees, and/or tariffs on international shipments are covered by and the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

If you don’t like your Friendly Shoes you can return (money back) or exchange lightly worn Friendly Shoes within 30 days – no questions asked. Lightly Worn means you’ve worn them inside, not outside, for up to 30 days to assess their fit, comfort, and ease of use. Outbound shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

For the United States (US) customers, a free return label will be provided by Friendly Shoes upon accepting the return request.

For Canada (CA) and United Kingdom (UK) customers, return shipping has to be handled by the customer.

Please allow us 3-5 business days to complete inventory acceptance after receiving the item back, before we can issue your refund. We keep the rights to charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the item’s price based on the status of the returned item. Please return the item in the same condition as you receive it to avoid any restocking fee charge.
