So we developed the Friendly Force for Kids, a brightly styled zip-on with patented technology, so children of almost any age or ability can do it themselves. Just fold-open, enter, and zip! Children feel proud and helpful when they can put on their own footwear, and it’s a big help to parents and families saving them time and hassle. Easier shoes mean children can focus on the more important things, like learning and playing, and makes your morning routine getting-out the door a breeze. Enjoy!
Children need proper footwear just as much as adults. The developing foot needs support, cushion, and room for natural expansion, yet most kids shoes are narrow, hard, and unsupportive. As parents ourselves the Friendly team was determined to make kids shoes as well built, stylish, and EASY as our adult shoes that have helped tens of thousands of people. The Kids Force by Friendly Shoes are smartly styled and have all the same features adults rely upon: a wider, friendly fit for natural foot expansion, removable memory foam insoles allowing for extra depth or custom orthotics; smooth, pliable, and comfortable uppers; cushioned, supportive midsole; and patented Easy Shoe Access! MAX GOBILITY for life!
The Kids Force by Friendly Shoes are stylish, cool-kid zip-ons built to accommodate adaptive needs of all abilities children. Why? Because when we meet the needs of the whole community we all win. You don’t need tactile hypersensitivity or sensory aversions as so many children with Autism experience, to appreciate smooth, sensory Friendly inner linings. Comfortable, supportive, quality footwear built for the developing foot are AWESOME no matter a child’s ability level. Removable insoles, which you hardly every see in children’s shoes, enable parents to customize and fit their children just right regardless of need for extra depth or custom orthotics. At an affordable price point these fun, versatile kicks are truly a (Kids) FORCE to be reckoned with. May the Friendly Force be with you!

Very happy with them
Wonderful shoe ! I bought these for my grandma who lives on her own, has Parkinson’s, mobility issues and, wants a classic shoe. She loves them, the are easy to get on and off. They are unisex so we went with the size listed on the size chart. The shoes fit well but we’re a bit wide- this can easily be fixed with a thicker sock.
When a person has problems with their feet and legs that require wrapping in bandages, it is almost impossible to find shoes that will go on over the extra bulk the bandages cause. I had a pair of shoes that stretched (like shower shoes) but had stretched them out so much that they no longer stayed on. I found the women's selection of these shoes at a mobility "fair" and they have worked out great. They open enough so they don't have to be pushed on and have lots of room to accommodate the extra bulk. When my doctor saw them she asked where I had gotten them so I gave her the information. She said she gets asked a lot of where her patients can go to get comfortable shoes that will fit and go on easily. I would certainly buy them again and would like to get my husband a pair.
Unisex Voyage Black Shoe
As a stroke survivor who has recently had a custom AFO MADE, I WAS THRILLED TO FIND THIS INNOVATIVE DESIGN . Even better the owner Joseph gave me exceptional advice on how best to adapt to my new mobility device. His recommendations were superb. Their level of customer service is beyond anything I have experienced with other retailers. I am sure their business will grow and evolve. My orthotic maker is recommending them to other clients.I think many businesses could learn a lot fro how this firm treats customers
Love the ease of fastening these shoes
I have Parkinson's and it is so easy to slip these on and off. They are particularly great when you visit a home where you are asked to take off your shoes - no more fussing with shoe laces while everyone waits (and watches). -- John, La Jolla, California
These shoes are a good size too big for me, very wide. Comfy, but very big.
I like the fact that you can zip the sneakers to get in and out of them. The only problem is it feels like the bottom of the sneakers are a little thin
At this point I haven't yet tried to wear them. They are a little difficult to get on as on the left side I still have a problem with getting them on. So I will try again in a few days.
